Do not send full payment-card details to Soraniva by email or through the website contact form.

Only provide the information requested during the applicable checkout process.

5. Reviewing Your Order

Before completing checkout, review the information presented for your order, including where applicable:

If you notice an issue with an order after submitting it, contact info@soraniva.com as soon as possible and include the applicable order number.

6. Shipping Terms

Soraniva provides free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States.

The applicable shipping schedule is:

  • Business days: Monday–Friday

  • Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (GMT-6)

  • Handling time: 1 - 7 business days

  • Transit time: 8 - 16 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 9 - 23 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-6) begin processing on the next business day.

After an order ships, tracking information is sent by email with a tracking link.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must request a return and receive approval and the applicable return instructions before sending a product back.

Return shipping is free for approved returns. Soraniva does not charge a restocking fee.

After a returned product is received:

  • It is inspected within 1–3 business days.

  • If approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

  • The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Please follow the approved return instructions provided by Soraniva rather than sending a product to the Operating Address.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Customers must obtain approval and the applicable return instructions before sending the original product back.

Return shipping is free for approved exchanges, and no restocking fee applies.

Please follow the return instructions provided after your exchange request is approved.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

To request a cancellation, contact info@soraniva.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. After delivery, an eligible return may instead be requested under Soraniva's return process.
