Can I return or exchange a lighting product?
Eligible lighting products may be returned within 30 days from delivery. Exchanges are also available for eligible products.
Products must be returned in their original condition and must not have been installed, modified, misused, or damaged after delivery.
Returns and exchanges require prior approval. After approval, Soraniva provides a free prepaid downloadable return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.

Soraniva provides free standard shipping within the United States.
