This Billing Terms and Payment Policy explains the payment methods, transaction currency, billing-information requirements, and related order terms for purchases made through the Soraniva website.

Soraniva accepts the following payment methods:

The payment methods available for an individual order will be displayed during checkout.
Payment must be completed through the checkout process before an order can be submitted successfully.
2. Transaction Currency
All product prices and transactions on the Soraniva website are processed in United States dollars (USD).
Customers should review the order total displayed during checkout before completing payment.
3. Billing Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information during checkout.
Billing information may include:

6. Shipping Information
Soraniva provides free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States.
The applicable shipping schedule is:
- Business days: Monday–Friday
- Order cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT-6)
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 7–9 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-6) will begin processing on the next business day.
After an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email with a tracking link.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery.
Customers must request and receive approval before returning a product. After approval, Soraniva provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
After a returned product is received:
- It is inspected within 1–3 business days.
- If approved following inspection, the refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method.
- Soraniva does not charge a restocking fee.
The time required for a completed refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider’s processing procedures.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible products.
Approved exchanges include free return shipping and a prepaid downloadable return shipping label.
Customers must receive approval and return instructions before sending a product back.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
To request a cancellation, contact Soraniva as soon as possible and include the applicable order number.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled under this section. The customer may instead request a return in accordance with Soraniva’s Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.
